Dependable.
Compassionate.
Kind.
Supportive.
I recommend Carpe Diem and Suzanne most highly. She is extremely professional but also very kind, exactly what I want for my very frail parents. She takes care to get to know her clients and their needs before taking them out for activities, and makes sure those activities fit with their interests and needs. My parents have really appreciated Suzanne’s support, and so have I.

Suzanne has started up her business to help people not to become socially isolated. She offers both a befriending service and companionship. She also will take people to Forth Valley Hospital for appointments and similarly to Stirling Health Village.
I met with Suzanne and explained that I have Parkinson’s and going out is difficult. I chose what I would like to do and that was to go for coffee out in the country. Suzanne asked me what time of day was best for me to go out. I said the morning at around 11am and we chose a day we were both free.
On the appointed day, Suzanne called for me at my house. She opened the car door and asked if I wanted my bag in the front with me or on the back seat. She helped with the seat belt. We decided on a café with a farm shop near Kippen. This was easy to get to with no traffic hold ups. Over coffee we chatted about the aims of the business. It is a personalised service that suits the individual. It is for adults of any age.
Suzanne can deal with the clients direct or with their relatives or carers.
I was very impressed by the service and all she offers.
